Refund Policy
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Because our poker tables and chairs are shipped via freight, the original crating, pallets, and foam protection are required to ensure safe return transport.
To start a return, you must contact our Concierge Team at support@riverpokertables.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of gaming furniture (Freight/LTL shipping), returns for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to the following:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the warehouse inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs required by our manufacturing partners.
Damages and Issues (Important) Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

Visible Damage: If the box/crating shows visible damage (punctures, crushed corners), you must notate "DAMAGED" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing.

Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after opening the box, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you, provided the damage was reported within the 48-hour window.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-finished tables (special orders).

Items that have been assembled or installed.

"Final Sale" or clearance items.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
